Qhub360 functions as a data manager meaning we process personal data on behalf of the business owner. The data typically processed may include:

The primary reason for processing this data is usually compliance with tax and labour regulations. Also generating pay slip, invoice, check in / out etc.

Your employer determines the retention period, typically 7 years, in line with legal requirements. You can request access, modification, or deletion of your data by contacting your employer directly. Qhub360 cannot fulfil such requests but can forward them to your employer.

4. Data using during support ticket www.support.qhub360.com

For our client support we provide a support ticket system there, Client can ask question related to our product & service. This includes

  • Name, Email address

Purpose of Data Processing:
We will use to identify you to provide support.

Retention and Rights:
Your data will be retained as long as necessary to provide services, When the status of the ticket in closed, it will remain with a minimum retention period of 6 months for mapping support agent performance. Then your ticket data will be deleted.

This ticket data will not be shared with anyone outside of Qhub360. We only examine it internally for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
